Insulated bags maintain the temperature of food orders during delivery and protect them from damage.
You will get more orders by having an insulated bag, as you will be able to deliver prepared food and groceries from restaurants and stores. A lot of orders require an insulated bag, so having one can increase your earnings by up to 20%.
You’ll be awarded +4 priority points for using an insulated bag.
Requirements for insulated bags
The inner surface of the bag must be made from washable, non-toxic materials.
The bag must be at least 40×40×25 cm in size. The bag must be clean, intact, and maintain its shape.
The bag must have a divider to separate hot and cold products.
Where can I get an insulated bag?
You can buy or rent an insulated bag from a Yandex Delivery partner company. Please contact a company representative to learn more.
Rules for insulated bags
Do not store personal belongings in your insulated bag. Do not draw on the insulated bag, attach objects to it, or apply stickers that are not related to the service.
Enabling the insulated bag option and completing the photo check
To receive orders with an insulated bag, you must enable the option in the app. To do this, go to the “Options for Rates” section in your profile and toggle the switch next to “Insulated Bag”.
Then, complete the photo check for insulated bags. To do this, select “Photo Check” → “Photo Check of Insulated Bag”. Press “Go Through Photo Check” and follow the instructions on the screen. We’ll verify your photos and send you a confirmation once you’ve been approved.
Some insulated bags come with a unique number. If you have one of these bags, make sure the number is clearly visible in the photo.
You are required to complete a photo check every 1–3 days. We will remind you in advance when the next photo check is required.
