Q: How do I get my vehicle wrapped?

Book an appointment with one of our service providers in your city. Make sure your car is clean on the day of your appointment.

Q: Do I need to brand my vehicle in order to fulfill orders?

No, it's not required. However, wrapped vehicles receive additional priority points, which will help you fulfill more orders, and it will be easier for customers to find you.

Q: Why did my branded wrap fail the photo check?

It's likely that your vehicle wrap doesn't meet the standards or was not applied properly. You can see examples of wrapped vehicles on our website and compare them to the branded wrap on your vehicle. If you have any questions, contact Support in Yandex Pro.

Q: I've completed the photo check for my vehicle's branded wrap. When will my priority level increase?

Once your photo check has been approved, your priority level should increase automatically. If this doesn't happen, contact Support in Yandex Pro.

Q: How long do the priority points last?

Points are valid for 10 days. After that, you will need to go through the photo check again to confirm the branding.

Why get a branded wrap?

Branded vehicles get +5 priority points.

The higher your priority level, the more orders you’ll receive.

Branded wraps also make it easier for customers to find you, so you can pick up and drop off orders faster.

Which vehicles can receive a branded wrap?

Any vehicle model can be wrapped, excluding curtain side trucks
No serious damage
It’s okay if there are a few scratches or small dents. If you have any questions, contact one of our branding service providers. They’ll be able to tell you whether your vehicle is eligible for a branded wrap. Contact information is provided below.
No third-party stickers
Our branding service providers will remove all stickers for free, except those from other Yandex services. They will only leave stickers that are required for road safety (“Spikes”, “Child on board”, “Learner”, etc.).

Getting your vehicle wrapped

Our service providers know all about vehicle branding, and they will make sure your vehicle is wrapped to the highest standard. The wrap is free and only takes a few hours to apply.

Just call a branding service provider near you to book an appointment, and make sure to wash your vehicle before getting it wrapped. The appointment will take about 1–2 hours, including removing the stickers and applying the wrap.

Confirming your vehicle branding

Once your wrap is ready, let your partner company know. If you work with the service directly (instead of through a partner company), check the branding box in Yandex Pro: Go to your profile → Click on your name → “Your vehicle” → Scroll down to “Wrapping” and switch the toggle to activate.

In Yandex Pro, go to the “Photo check” section and select “Photo check of vehicle”. Take a photo of your vehicle and submit it for the photo check. We’ll verify the branding placement, size, and colors to make sure everything has been applied correctly.
Once your vehicle passes the check, you will start receiving branding benefits. If your vehicle does not pass the photo check, you can learn more by:

going to the “Photo check” section in your profile, and selecting “Vehicle photo check”
clicking the radar on the main screen in Yandex Pro, then selecting the “Branding” priority

In both cases, you’ll be able to see why your vehicle did not pass the photo check. You’ll be able to complete the photo check again.
