Q: What if the recipient doesn't respond or won't accept a package?

First, try calling the recipient 3 times. After that, you can press "Return". Yandex Pro will display a route to return the package to Point A.

Q: Can I decline an order with heavy items?

If you don't want to receive orders for heavy items, disable the option in your profile. If the option is enabled and you decline an order, you'll lose Activity points.

Q: What if I receive items heavier than the weight specified in the order?

Contact Support and inform them of the situation. Follow their instructions and ask the sender to place a new order with the "Heavy items" option or the Cargo rate.

You can increase your earnings by enabling the “Heavy Items” option. This option will give you access to more orders, and more orders means higher earnings. You will also receive compensation for the additional weight.

What are considered heavy items?

Heavy items meet two conditions:

the total weight of the items is between 21 and 50 kg
the items can fit in a car

How am I compensated for heavy items?

If a package weighs more than 20 kg, the compensation will be automatically included in the order cost. The more the package weighs, the higher the compensation, which will increase with every additional 10 kg.

Enabling the “Heavy Items” option

Car delivery persons can enable this option for the Courier and Express rates.

Go to the “Options for Rates” section of your Yandex Pro profile and switch the toggle next to “Heavy Items”.

Accepting orders

The order comments will specify whether a delivery involves heavy items.

During orders

To make your delivery easier, ask the sender and recipient about nearby parking in advance. If there is any kind of gate or barrier, ask the user to open it.
