Download the Yandex Pro app to start making deliveries.
Recommendations for Android
4GB of RAM — This will enable the app to run properly.
Android 7.0 or higher — The latest version will work best.
GPS and GLONASS — Enable high-precision mode in your phone settings so the app can determine your location as accurately as possible.
Recommendations for iOS
Devices: iPhone 5s, SE, 6 or newer; iPad Air, iPad 2017, iPad mini 2, iPad Pro, or newer
iOS 12.1 or higher
General tips
You can improve location accuracy by connecting to a portable Wi-Fi router instead of relying on your phone’s GPS.
We do not recommend buying a smartphone with an AMOLED screen, as the display may degrade over time. Ask about your phone’s display type before purchasing or read the smartphone user manual.
API access
After installing the app, you’ll be prompted to grant access to certain functions. Here’s why these functions are necessary:
Access to calls: This allows you to make and receive calls with just one tap, so you won’t have to enter any phone numbers.
Access to geodata: This enables the app to find your location and plan your route accordingly.
Access to the camera: You’ll occasionally need to provide photos for verification. For example, when registering, Yandex Pro will ask you to take a photo to confirm your identity. The app does not save photos.
Access to the microphone: This way, you’ll be able to communicate with users directly through the app. You can also use voice commands or ask questions in the app using the voice assistant.
Access to energy-saving mode: This is needed for Android so that critical Yandex Pro functions are not disabled when your battery is low.
Display over other apps: This ensures that you always have access to Yandex Pro.
