Q: Why can't I book a certain slot time?

Other couriers have booked the available slot times. Select another slot.

Q: Why can't I sign up for slots?

If you can't sign up for slots, go to the slots section and scroll down to "Requirements". If you don't meet a certain requirement, it will be highlighted with a red circle and an exclamation mark. You will also see what actions you need to complete in order to sign up for a slot.

Q: Can Support cancel a slot for me?

No, you need to do this yourself. To cancel a slot, open the selected slot and press the "Cancel" button below the order card.

Q: Do I need to provide confirmation of deliveries during my slot time?

Only if this is required in the order comments in Yandex Pro.

Q: Why was my slot canceled?

If you leave your designated slot area when you are not fulfilling an order, a break period will begin automatically. If you do not return before the break time is over, your slot will be canceled automatically. To prevent this from happening, make sure to return to your slot area before your break time is up.

Q: I received an order outside the designated slot area. In this case, how do I prevent my payout from being adjusted?

This is an error and you should contact Support.

Q: If I book a slot, do I need to go online ahead of time?

You should go online 5 minutes before your slot begins.

With slots, you can plan when and where to fulfill deliveries, receive more orders, and increase your earnings.

What are slots?

Slots allow you to choose where and when you want to fulfill deliveries. During your slot time, all senders and recipients will be located in your selected area.

You can sign up for multiple slots in one day.

Benefits of slots

More orders means higher earnings.
You will only make deliveries in a specified area of the city.
You can book slots in advance and know that you will receive orders in your chosen area.

How to sign up for slots

1. Open the Yandex Pro app and press the "Slot schedule" button on the main screen.

2. Select a day. You can choose any day, then book one or several slots.

3. Select your preferred area.

4. Select your preferred time. Available slots are displayed with a yellow circle and the times. Booked slots are shown with a gray circle and a padlock symbol.

5. Make sure you meet the slot requirements. Some slots are only available to couriers with insulated bags or a bike, for example.

6. If you meet the slot conditions, press "Add slot".

7. Select additional days. The system will suggest slots in the same area and at the same time on other available days.

How to cancel slots

Go to the slot schedule and click on the added slot. At the bottom of the order card, you will see a button to cancel the slot.

If you can’t work during your slot, make sure to cancel it ahead of time. This will give other couriers the chance to book the slot.

How to deliver orders during your slot

Check the requirements and make sure you are in the specified area 5 minutes before the start of the slot.

Read the slot requirements in advance to ensure that you still meet all of the conditions. The service may ask you to complete a photo check of your insulated bag, for example. If you fail to do this, you won’t be able to start your slot.

Once your time begins, you will be given a certain amount of time to start the slot. If you have not started once this time is up, your slot will be canceled automatically.

Start the slot. To do this, press the “Get orders” button on the main screen in Yandex Pro, then “Start scheduled slot”.
When you start a slot, the play button will switch to a pause button. Press this button if you need to take a break.

If you leave your designated area during your slot, a break period will begin automatically, unless you are completing an order. If you do not return to the designated area before the break time is over, the slot will be canceled automatically and your payout may be adjusted accordingly.

Finish the slot.

Your slot will end automatically at the designated time. However, you will still be able to complete your last order. Don’t worry if you finish a delivery after your slot time is up. The order will be counted within the slot.
