Order priority is calculated in points.

You can earn additional priority points if you:

- brand your vehicle or use a lightbox

- maintain a high rating

- earn a higher tier in the rewards program

- use Pathfinder

- complete orders for the service over an extended period of time

The more rides you complete, the higher your rewards program tier and more benefits you’ll receive, from partner offers and extra priority points, to direct calls to Support. The rewards program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier comes with a new set of rewards and privileges.

Your driver rating is based on how users rate you. Maintaining a high driver rating gives you access to premium service classes with more expensive orders.

Also, if you follow our service standards and are polite to users, they’re more likely to rate you higher and tip.
