SMS order confirmation

Some corporate orders require you to confirm delivery with an SMS code. In this case, you will need to confirm the order both when picking up and dropping off the package.
Confirmation at Point A
If a code is required, press the “Enter code” button as soon as you receive the package. The sender will then receive a code, which you must enter in the app. Without the code, you will not be able to continue with the order.
If the code does not arrive, or the sender does not provide it for whatever reason, return the package to the sender and call Support for help completing the order.
Confirmation at Point B
When giving the package to the recipient, press “Package delivered”. The recipient will receive a code. Enter the code in Yandex Pro and hand over the package.
If the recipient does not accept the package, does not provide the code for whatever reason, or the code provided doesn’t work, contact Support using the button in the order card. In this case, the package cannot be delivered and must be returned to the sender.
