How do I change my personal details in my profile?
If you need to update your personal information, contact Support or call your Yandex Delivery partner company.
How do I change partner companies?
You’ll have to contact another partner company directly. They’ll link your profile to their company account. Once you have done this, log out and log back in to your Yandex Pro account, then choose your new partner company from the list of options.
How do I transfer funds from my account balance?
Options for money transfers and withdrawals may differ depending on your Yandex Delivery partner company. Contact them to find out how and when your earnings will be sent to you.
